Sample Itinerary

Below is an example of a typical itinerary for this tour. Departure times may vary by season.

7:15 am – Depart Vancouver with West Coast Sightseeing and enjoy a scenic drive along the Sea to Sky Highway en route to Whistler

11:30 am – Arrive in beautiful Whistler Village and spend the day exploring at your leisure

5:10 pm – Take our complimentary shuttle from Whistler Village to the seaplane base

6:00 pm – Meet your pilot and depart on a scenic 45-minute flight from Green Lake to downtown Vancouver

Scenic Tour Conditions:

- In terminal check-in is 30 minutes prior to departure time.

- Refundable and changeable up to 24 hrs prior to departure (subject to difference in fare value).

- Cancellations or changes within 24 hrs of departure are 100% non-refundable.

- As always, no fees will be applied in the event of weather disruptions.

- If not fully checked in at least 15 minutes prior to departure time in terminal, seat will be forfeited and a 100% No Show Fee will be charged.

Required Travel Documents:

- All passengers 18 years and above must present either one piece of valid government issued photo identification, or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photograph.

- Physical identification is required. Sorry, we cannot accept copies or photos.

Guaranteed Baggage:

- 25 lbs. on all scenic tours

- over 25 lbs. total (per passenger) is subject to $1 per lb, and travels on space available standby basis.
