    Enjoy a leisurely cruise and informative narration by our Captain along Florida’s beautiful inland waters aboard the StarLite Sapphire.  Sightseeing on one of the outer decks or luncheon service in our climatically controlled dining areas will make this a cruise to remember.  For sightseeing passengers, cocktail service and appetizers are available.

    If you choose the optional luncheon service, you will have a reserved table on board and will order and pay for your dining service in much the same way you would in any other restaurant. In addition to our selection of entrees, appetizers, wine selections, and full cocktail service are available for purchase on board.
