WSM - The world's longest running radio program

From the early 1920s-1950s, before television existed, people gathered around their radios every evening to tune in to their favorite broadcast programs.  One of those programs was the long-running, Grand Ole Opry which is still broadcast on WSM 650AM.

Dedicated to honouring country music and its history, the Opry showcases a mix of famous singers and contemporary chart-toppers performing country, bluegrass, folk, gospel, and comedic performances and skits, and tonight you will grace the stage where legends have performed.
